• Primary assignments are scheduled in advance. Additional shifts may be offered based on availability—never required. Per diem work is based on client needs; hours are not guaranteed.

• Doctor’s Office – Milford, MA
  Tuesdays | 1:30–3:30 PM
  $35/hr
  Vitals, blood pressure, EKG support, basic clinical care
• School-Based 1:1 – Hudson, MA
  Tuesdays | 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
  $40/hr
  G-tube care
  Medications via push
  Seizure protocol support
• Additional Per Diem Options (as available)
  Bus runs (Hopkinton area)
  Medication administration
  Eye drops and light nursing tasks

You are not required to cover all assignments.

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross only)
• Recent physical and TB test
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• When a shift is confirmed, reliability and follow-through are expected.
