Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU – Metro West Medical Center

Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $20,000 based on eligibility.

Hourly Pay: $33.50 – $73.31, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role provides direct clinical patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis at the unit level. The RN will supervise and delegate appropriate care to staff, support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintain clinical staff competency, and manage resources related to patient care.

• Assess, plan, and implement clinical care for ICU patients.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff.
• Support the CNO in quality and safety initiatives.
• Manage clinical resources effectively.

Education:

• Required:
  
  Graduation from a state‑approved or accredited nursing school.
• Preferred:
  Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

Certifications:

• Required:
  
  Current nursing license, registration, or certification as required by state law or regulation.
• CPR certification.
