Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Location: Framingham, MA
Pay: Competitive base salary + top of market bonus structure
Schedule: on site Monday-Friday
We are partnered up with a billion dollar, leading General Contractor specializing in commercial and multifamily projects across New England. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

What you get to do:
- Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects including estimating, proposals, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Collaborate with owners and design teams to develop drawings and review project concepts
- Lead proposal meetings and provide value engineering ideas
- Manage subcontractor buyout and selection
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure project safety, quality, and timeliness
- Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Prior experience running ground-up multifamily projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong estimating background (required)
- Design/build experience preferred
- Proven ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines
