* Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, software applications, and related hardware
- Deliver phone, email, and onsite IT support to end users and internal staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving computers, mobile devices, printers, AV systems, and peripheral equipment
- Administer user accounts and permissions while maintaining security and access compliance
- Perform routine system updates, preventative maintenance, and health checks
- Communicate technical information clearly to users with varying levels of technical experience
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records for desktops and laptops
- Monitor backup operations and elevate issues to senior technical staff as needed
- Provide professional, customer‑focused service while positively representing the organization
- Experience with networking, VMware, Veeam, and/or VoIP technologies is a plus
- Solid understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and end‑user technologies
- 2–4 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and desktop Operating Systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft AD and Azure Entra environments
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment
