Help Desk Support Technician

- Hybrid, but being in office required
* Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, software applications, and related hardware
• Deliver phone, email, and onsite IT support to end users and internal staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving computers, mobile devices, printers, AV systems, and peripheral equipment
• Administer user accounts and permissions while maintaining security and access compliance
• Perform routine system updates, preventative maintenance, and health checks
• Communicate technical information clearly to users with varying levels of technical experience
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records for desktops and laptops
• Monitor backup operations and elevate issues to senior technical staff as needed
• Provide professional, customer‑focused service while positively representing the organization
• Experience with networking, VMware, Veeam, and/or VoIP technologies is a plus

• Solid understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and end‑user technologies
• 2–4 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and desktop Operating Systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft AD and Azure Entra environments
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment
