ServiceNow Intake Analyst

Location: Greater Framingham Area, MA (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite)

This role supports the end-to-end Enterprise Vendor and Technology Intake process to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy. The position partners with global stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, IT, and Privacy to drive timely issue resolution and SLA/OLA compliance.

• Guide end users and stakeholders through the Vendor and Technology Intake process using Service Now (ITSM).
• Validate submissions for completeness and accuracy before task assignment.
• Serve as a point of contact to coordinate stakeholders, assign tasks, and elevate SLA/OLA issues.
• Monitor stakeholder engagement and promote continuous improvement across intake workflows.
• Support development of enterprise-wide vendor risk management strategies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

• 5–10 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or Risk/IT governance

• Experience with ITSM tools (Service Now preferred).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in vendor risk management or intake governance processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point .
• Experience with Power BI and Jira (preferred).

• Estimated hourly range: $50–$55/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
