Experience with Executive Recruiting (at least part of the recruiting experience)
We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment across assigned business areas. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting leaders to deliver high‑impact talent solutions aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding for multiple functions and levels
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring strategies and workforce planning decisions
- Develop and execute actionable staffing plans to meet current and forecasted hiring needs
- Build innovative sourcing strategies and robust talent pipelines using internal and external resources
- Champion inclusion and diversity initiatives throughout the hiring process
- Represent the organization as an employer of choice by promoting culture, values, and career opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and strong follow‑through
- Manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
