Note:

- Serves as liaison with attorney offices and assumes responsibility for review of legal documents
- Follow-up of legal issues and providing discovery information to attorney offices
- Maintains current insurance documents, certifications and other documents required by federal, state regulations and system policies
- Leads problem investigations and provides recommendations for resolution
- Under the direction of leadership, implements Risk Management Program practices to avoid or reduce loss to the organization
- Collaborates with other departments to develop and assure implementation of patient safety and high reliability initiatives
- Acts as a resource for department and all staff in addressing risk management issues
- Other related duties as assigned
- Education:
Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in inpatient care related field - Experience:
3 years in direct patient care
