FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic.

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain a full patient load
• Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs
• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture
• Track and report key performance metrics

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible)
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
• Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team
• Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
