Job Description & How to Apply Below

RIA, Inc. is a growing nonprofit that is pioneering an innovative model of care to support adults who have experienced the commercial sex trade of human trafficking, prostitution, and exploitation. We provide free and confidential services to a hundred people each year. Our model relies on the combined efforts of survivor Peer Mentors who work in the field and Clinical Therapists who provide in-person and virtual therapeutic services - together these two roles support the stabilization and resiliency of adult participants’ internal and external support systems.

Staff are actively engaged in the process of building relationships with one another, understanding and solving problems as part of a team, and must offer energy, safety and commitment in their work with the people we serve through genuine, caring and empathic engagement.
