• Current licensure in the State of MA as an RN or LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing supervision or management experience in long‑term care.

• Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct regular rounding on nursing units to supervise staff and check residents.
• Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.
• Monitor and document incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints.
• Facilitate communication between licensed nurses, providers, and outside vendors.
• Assist in staffing adequacy for the nursing department.
• Provide direct resident care as a staff nurse when necessary.
