Onboarding Process: Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment health screening which includes a drug screen.

Evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re‑assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation.

• Respond to physician orders for physical therapy.
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements of patients.
• Review patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modify treatment plan accordingly.
• Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
• Develop, improve, and restore functional mobility, seeking to return patient to highest level of independence.
• Seek clarification of physician orders as needed.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy (required).
• Experience: Preferred: 2 years as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting.
• Certifications: State licensure (required).
