Ellie Mental Health Framingham is a locally owned and operated outpatient mental health clinic situated right off I-90; we are easily accessible to those seeking our services, right on the first floor of the main building.

What we are looking for in you:

Come as you are; curious, eager to learn, with a desire to be part of a collaborative team (we want you to sleep at night!)

Be ready to apply your skills learned from grad school, as well as have an appetite for learning and developing additional skills that will make you a great clinician

Passion to learn, and/or wanting to develop your own niche

Position Responsibilities:

Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans

Full time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client sessions each week (with an ability to see more clients if desired)

Complete all documentation within assigned time frames

Participation in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

Actively working toward licensure

Clinical experience of no less than 1-year postgraduate

Some knowledge of conducting individual therapy

Compensation (range):

$63,000.00 - $83,000.00
