Ellie Mental Health Framingham is a locally owned and operated outpatient mental health clinic situated right off I-90; we are easily accessible to those seeking our services, right on the first floor of the main building.

As a full time, licensed clinician, you will be passionate about cultivating a work environment that values employee well-being, team collaboration, and life-long learning, all in the interest of the clients served in our outpatient treatment setting.

• Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
• Full time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client sessions each week (with an ability to see more clients if desired)
• Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC – 1, PsyD, and PhD)
• Able to implement varying evidence-based practices, dependent on client need
• Able to maintain appropriate boundaries

Compensation (range): $72,000.00 - $ per year
