We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for Syner-G. The ideal candidate will translate complex financial data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve financial performance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and business operations, along with excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.

The Senior Accountant position is eligible for hybrid work with an in‑office requirement at Syner-G's Framingham, MA office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to drive financial performance.
- Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, cost reduction programs, and investment analyses.
- Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Technical
Skills:
4–6+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles; strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
