Position: Senior FP&A Analyst
Work Location: Hybrid; in‑office requirement at Syner-G's Framingham, MA office.>
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision‑making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to drive financial performance.
- Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, cost reduction programs, and investment analyses.
- Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
4–6+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles; strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem‑solve proactively.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment; strong collaborator and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills: ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks concurrently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to take on unfamiliar tasks.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
