Position: Senior FP&A Analyst

Work Location: Hybrid; in‑office requirement at Syner-G's Framingham, MA office.>

• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision‑making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to drive financial performance.
• Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, cost reduction programs, and investment analyses.
• Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  4–6+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles; strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment; strong collaborator and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills: ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks concurrently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to take on unfamiliar tasks.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
