POSITION SUMMARY

The Extended School Year (ESY) Assistant Teacher provides high-level instructional support to Teachers, ensuring the effective delivery and development of specialized summer programs for the district’s students. This role is responsible for enhancing the educational experience for students and staff by managing daily schedules and facilitating curriculum activities. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of healthy social and emotional development to support all learners, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring clear communication between staff, families, and colleagues.

The Extended School Year (ESY) Assistant Teacher serves as a vital resource for students, requiring exceptional problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.   • Professional Experience
