Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in General Surgery
- Proven proficiency in surgical procedures, patient management, and emergency response
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive techniques
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior experience in a hospital or trauma setting
- Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-residency surgical practice
- Board certification in General Surgery or appropriate subspecialties
- Must hold and maintain current medical licensure and board certification
- Willingness to participate in hospital or facility emergency call rotations
- Ability to travel if required for locum assignments or training
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
