Gastro Health is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join our well-established practice in Framingham, Massachusetts
, just outside of Boston. This is a physician-led GI group offering stability, clinical autonomy, and a fast track to partnership.

• Join a thriving team of 9 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers

• Endoscopy center, care center, and hospital all within walking distance

• In-house services: infusion, pathology lab, Fibro Scan, and diagnostic ultrasound

• Single-hospital call: 1:12 weekends / 1:10 weekdays, supported by APPs

• Teaching and clinical research opportunities available

(Based on experience and productivity)

• Base Salary: $475,000 - $500,000 per year

• Signing Bonus: ~ $50,000, paid at commencement of employment

• Productivity Bonus: Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production

• CME Allowance: Up to $5,000 per year for approved courses and expenses

• Transition Bonus: $150,000 upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
