Spanish/English Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll assist individuals and families by providing accurate information, answering questions, and guiding them through available support programs — including childcare assistance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, communicates effectively, and is comfortable managing a high volume of calls and inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct eligibility screenings for childcare subsidy programs
- Provide clear, accurate information about childcare options and assistance
- Enter and maintain data in online systems with high attention to detail
- Support families through the application process and refer them to appropriate resources
- Language:
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (Portuguese or Haitian Creole also accepted) - Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Health and Human Services or a Call Center environment - Preferred:
Experience with child care subsidies or social service referrals - Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (2 days/week on-site in Framingham)
- $22/hour starting pay
