Call Center Supervisor

Call Center Supervisor (up to $25/hr)

We’re seeking a composed, compassionate leader with call center experience to oversee weekend operations and support both crisis callers and frontline staff.

This is a great opportunity for anyone with past supervisory or management experience looking for part-time weekend shifts.

It is also a very fulfilling role in getting to assist residents of Massachusetts going through mental health issues.

• This is a part-time opening
• Schedule:
  
  Saturdays and Sundays, either 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Pay Rate: up to $25.00/hour

• Supervise and support weekend Call Takers, providing real-time coaching and guidance
• De-escalate challenging situations and provide crisis intervention when needed
• Ensure professional, empathetic, and nonjudgmental support is delivered consistently
• Efficiently navigate multiple communication and data systems while on calls

• Minimum 1 year of managing or supervising people in either a call center or customer support environment
• Prior hands-on experience working in a call center

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
