You aren't just managing vendors; you are optimizing the engine of our retail business.
By balancing the "Triple Constraint" of quality, price, and speed‑to‑market, you ensure our merchants have the right products at the right time. Your ability to build respectful partnerships and manage meticulous data allows us to mitigate risks before they impact our bottom line.

Assist in making data‑driven recommendations for order placement by evaluating factory capacity, quality standards, competitive pricing, and lead times. - Capability Assessment:
Assist in assessing factory capabilities to ensure they align with product requirements and corporate standards. - Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and realize desired outcomes. - Margin Optimization:
Support the Sourcing Manager in price negotiations to achieve the best possible margins without compromising product integrity.
- Stakeholder Partnership:
Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with both overseas vendors and internal merchant teams. - Effective Inquiry:
Practice active listening and engage in respectful, timely communication; ask critical questions to ensure clarity and alignment across the supply chain. - Global Coordination:
Manage daily correspondence with overseas offices and agents, ensuring all parties are updated on production shifts or requirements.
- Timeline Accountability:
Keep the cross‑functional team aligned with the "Time and Action" calendar, working closely with Product Development to prevent delays. - Weekly Audits:
Perform rigorous weekly production tracking to guarantee 100% on‑time delivery. - Compliance Oversight:
Help ensure all new and existing vendors meet rigorous corporate compliance and ethical sourcing requirements.
- Advanced Excel Analysis:
Execute heavy data entry and reporting. Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) is required to manage complex production matrices.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience. - Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization). - Experience:
Background in Production, Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing preferred. - Communication Style:
Proven ability to communicate effectively and respectfully across diverse teams and international cultures. - Analytical Thinking:
Strong ability to infer learnings from data and apply them to factory and price recommendations.
- Relationship Building:
Ability to turn vendor-client interactions into long-term partnerships. - Technical Mastery:
High speed and accuracy in Excel-based production tracking. - Proactive Communication:
The habit of asking the right questions before a problem escalates. - Negotiation Acumen:
Balancing the need for low costs with the need for high quality. - Detail Orientation:
Managing the "moving parts" of multiple global lead times simultaneously.
