Your Role & Responsibilities:

Appraisal & Estimating:
Write accurate, detailed estimates using CCC One, Mitchell , ensuring all repair opportunities are accounted for. Communicate effectively with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers to keep approvals and payments moving.

Production Oversight:
Coordinate with technicians, painters, and our front office to keep repairs on schedule from teardown to delivery. Ensure parts are ordered promptly and work is completed efficiently.

Insurance & Parts Management:
Work closely with insurance providers to navigate DRP guidelines and approval processes. Oversee parts ordering, tracking, and pricing to prevent delays.

Quality Control & Customer Communication:
Ensure repairs meet our high standards and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Team Leadership & Shop Growth:
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment, helping Apex Auto Center continue to grow and improve.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in auto body estimating (CCC One & Mitchell preferred)

Understanding of repair processes, DRP guidelines, and production management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency

A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
