We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Specialist to take ownership of a designated Accounts Receivable portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise B2B clients. In a subscription-based business, timely collections directly impact growth, retention, and operational stability. The role requires a results-driven mindset to analyze and proactively follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable balances. Responsibilities include resolving customer billing inquiries, partnering cross-functionally to clear disputes, and supporting cash application efforts.

Success in this position depends on strong communication, accountability, and the ability to drive issues through to resolution.
** You'll Get To:
*** Analyze AR Aging reports and Collections portal to prioritize collection efforts
* Research to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and resolve them by working with the customer as well as internal groups
* Execute consistent outreach (e.g. calls, emails) in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
* Identify high-risk accounts that need to be discussed with management
* Collect and process customer payments accurately in accordance with payment due dates
* Maintain accurate documentation of collections activity and customer statuses in the collection systems daily
* Conduct invoice to contract analysis to provide clear explanations to clients
* Contribute to the team’s DSO and Cash Collections goals to strengthen cash flow
* Perform other duties as assigned
** What You'll Need:
*** Minimum of 4 years of B2B Collections experience in a fast-paced environment, including interactions with Mid-Market and Enterprise client bases
* Experience in Software-as-Service or Subscription-Based model a plus
* Strong Communication, Problem Solving, and Analytical skills required
* Detail-orientated and Task-driven
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a constantly evolving environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Experience working with Net Suite and Salesforce is a plus Benefits:

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:$25.96 - $32.69
