A regional sports organization is seeking a part-time Player Development Coach to deliver energetic coaching sessions for players aged 5-17 across New England. Responsibilities include training players of various levels, conducting education sessions for volunteer coaches, and creating impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a USSF Grassroots coaching license and experience with youth soccer, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
This role requires a commitment of at least three sessions per week during the season.
