Qualifications:

**

- Proficient in electrical and control systems, including VFDs, PLCs, servo drives, and motor controls.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with experience in food processing/packaging equipment.

- Experience with safety, HACCP, and Food Defense policies.
- Skilled in using technical documentation such as P&, loop drawings, and technical layouts.
- Capable of training maintenance staff across multiple shifts.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.
- Formal training in electrical/electronic engineering; experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to interpret and utilize CMMS and SAP systems effectively.
