Advantage Honda of Fox Lake. We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead this flagship launch. This is a rare opportunity to build a dealership from the ground up, shaping the culture, hand-picking the team, and establishing a dominant market presence in Lake County.

The General Manager will oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to achieve profitability and growth targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage all dealership departments to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and service goals.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.

• Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership GM experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
