About the Role:

As a Courtesy Patrol, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and its occupants. You will be required to patrol the assigned areas, monitor and report any suspicious activities, and respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or criminal activities in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and investigations.

Skills:

As a Courtesy Patrol, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and visitors. You will also need to be detail-oriented and observant to identify any safety hazards or suspicious activities. Additionally, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills to respond to emergencies and resolve any issues that may arise. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and visitors.
