Job Store Staffing is hiring dependable, hands-on Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our client's amazing team in Fountain, CO! This is a great opportunity to work with one of America's most trusted companies that produces potting soil and gardening products used nationwide.

Pay: $17/hour

Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

50 hour weeks with additional hours on Saturday if needed

Location: Fountain, CO

Duration: Seasonal until May

What You'll Do:

• Package and stack bags of soil onto pallets as they come off the conveyor line
• Inspect bags for proper sealing, labeling, and weight consistency
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts to move finished pallets to staging areas (if certified)
• Wrap and label pallets for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as stocking, loading/unloading, and order picking
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards to supervisors
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets

What It Takes to Be Successful:

• Willing and able to work overtime, including weekends (up to 60 hours per week)
• Comfortable working in dusty or outdoor conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stay on your feet for 10-hour shifts
• Dependable, safety-minded, and coachable with a positive attitude
• Must have steel-toe boots

Preferred Skills:

• Warehouse or order-picking experience
• Forklift operation (certification a plus)
• Shipping, receiving, or stocking
