The Sr. Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day food service operations. The role manages a team of employees, leads client relationships, manages profitability, and drives talent development. This position is located in Charlotte, NC and requires the employee to live in the area.

- Ensure the food offered to the client is of superior quality.
- Direct and conduct safety, sanitation and maintenance programs.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and with other departments within the community.
- Promote professional growth and development of the entire team.
- Foster strong inter‑departmental relations and integrate the dining service department with facility planning operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years ofverband proven leadership expertise.
- Two to four years of direct food service operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experienceayu is desirable.
- Serv Safe® certification is a plus.
