Position Summary:
Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing warm rotisserie chicken. You will also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure members have the freshest items available. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders.

- Maintaining clean shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food.
- Preparing and serving ready‑to‑eat food.
- Maintaining the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Keeping the area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Prepare food according to item specifications, planning future productions and seasonality.
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards.
- Assist customers and provide excellent service in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and recommend improvement opportunities.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period.
- Food Service experience (preferred).
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) – optional but advantageous.
- Food Service experience.
- Food Handler Certification in Food Safety.
- Experience with fresh food preparation.
