Job Description:

• Develop and provide database architecture
• Develop and maintain SOPs, diagrams, and related documentation
• Monitor vendor service performance via KPIs, SLAs, SLOs
• Support project planning, architecture, and implementation
• Ensure patch monitoring and deployments meet service levels
• Conduct database performance optimization and query analysis
• Manage backups, restore/recovery, and high availability solutions
• Oversee database and software acquisition, installation, and changes
• Participate in Incident and Problem Management processes
• Maintain Change Management compliance
• Support Disaster Recovery planning and execution
• Track database assets, licenses, and service agreements

Salary: $90K to $110K per year

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS or 8-10 years relevant experience
• Extensive experience with RDBMS and No
  
  SQL platforms
• Experience with database administration, design, high availability, and data replication
• Knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, Maria
  
  DB, Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB;
  Tibero a plus
• Scripting experience in SQL and stored procedures
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 or higher, Service Now, or similar ITSM tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
