This role supports the Digital Interactive Business Marketing Team for web, mobile app, and API projects. The BSA will work with the Senior Manager of the Interactive Marketing team and collaborate with technology partners to manage API integrations, SDK integrations, and white‑label app integration.

• Product manage and draft/update requirements documentation (BRDs, gap analysis, process/flow diagrams).
• Interface with project managers and coordinate with vendor partners.
• Manage release process, quality management, test case creation and execution, UAT support, and integration testing.
• Facilitate testing, approvals for UAT, integration testing, end‑to‑end testing.
• Support launch and post‑launch stabilization.
• Provide weekly task and status reports.

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall SDLCs, with strong knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Technical business analysis in enterprise application development and API integrations (Postman, etc.).
• Experience creating functional and technical specs, epics and user stories in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience managing release management and coordinating across business, vendors, and tech teams.
• Basic UX/UI, creative design review and coordination.
• Background check is required upon acceptance.
