Advantage Technical is hiring a Human Resources and Benefits Administrator to own and optimize 401(k), wellness programs, payroll support, and HR systems for a growing organization.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining people-focused HR work with analytical benefits strategy and payroll accuracy. You'll be a go-to resource across HR, Finance, and Operations, shaping programs that directly affect employee satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Be Doing- Manage and administer 401(k) retirement and Wellness Programs, including compliance, audits, and reporting
- Serve as payroll backup for bi-weekly, monthly, and expatriate payrolls
- Maintain HRIS and Time & Attendance systems; ensure data accuracy and reporting
- Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and premium tracking
- Analyze benefits usage, costs, trends, and effectiveness; recommend improvements
- Prepare benefits audits, surveys, forecasts, and budget recommendations
- Act as a key resource for employee questions related to benefits and payroll
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4-6 years of Human Resources experience
- 4-6 years of Benefits and HRIS experience
- 5+ years of direct payroll experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HR systems, payroll platforms, and Excel
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
