We are hiring a Controller to oversee our financial operations.

Salary: $160,000 – $170,000 per year.

Anaheim, CA.

Responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and forecasts that align with company goals.
• Cash Management:
  Monitor cash flows and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Internal Controls:
  Implement and maintain effective internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Audit and Compliance:
  Coordinate and manage audits conducted by external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Tax Planning and Compliance:
  Oversee tax planning strategies and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• 12+ years of accounting work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP, financial accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and their integration with accounting functions is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
