Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Fountain Valley, CA. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in mortgage loan origination, evaluating financial data, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. Specific tasks include consulting with clients, assessing creditworthiness, managing financial documentation, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also focus on providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications- Experience and proficiency in loan origination and underwriting.
- Strong finance and loan officer skills with a solid understanding of mortgage programs and products.
- Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to mortgage lending is an asset.
- Current NMLS license and relevant qualifications in finance or related fields are preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality in handling client financial information.
