Job Requirements
Candidates must be able to use AutoCAD and understand the use of external references; proficiency in AVEVA, Micro Station, AutoCAD Civil3D and/or Plant 3D is a plus. Position also requires the demonstrated ability to learn new software, standards, and work in a team environment. Successful applicants will learn the engineering and design aspects of these facilities while enhancing their AutoCAD capabilities, with potential to develop to project engineer and lead design engineer positions.
- Prior AutoCAD experience or relevant training is required.
- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- EIT certification is a benefit but not required.
- Experience with construction is a benefit but not required.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering software such as ETAP, SKM, O‑Calc, etc. is a benefit.
- Specific related power or control systems design with 1‑2 years’ experience, either with an engineering firm or utility operator is a benefit.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with team members in both verbal and written form.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Salary Range: $70k-$85k Annually
