Job Description

PACE is seeking a Water/Wastewater Conveyance Project Manager with 15 years of experience focused in the planning, design, and permitting of sustainable water resources; specifically relating to the conveyance and storage of wastewater, recycled water, and potable water. The position will also require specific knowledge of engineering design to perform a variety of analyses. The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering with focused study and experience in water resources/water engineering, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven problem‑solving ability.

The position requires the ability to work as both part of a team as well as self‑directed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as the technical lead, managing, guiding and interfacing with multi‑disciplinary team members.
  • Overseeing the work of other engineers, CAD production staff and supporting disciplines.
  • Managing project schedules and budgets.
  • Performing quality control oversight of work performed by team members.
  • Monitoring all project activities and take any corrective action when necessary to assure quality completion and mitigation of risks.
