As a Warranty Analyst, you'll play a key role in monitoring automotive warranty claims, coordinating supplier settlements, and assisting with financial recovery related to PDC and Glovis Port claims. Working alongside the Senior Warranty Analyst and Quality Assurance team, you'll analyze claim data, identify product quality trends, and ensure compliance with corporate warranty standards. Your insights will help optimize warranty performance metrics, strengthen supplier relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor, analyze, and report on warranty claims for local and international suppliers.
- Support financial recovery, settlement coordination, and warranty issue resolution.
- Produce regular warranty performance summaries and forecasts for executive management.
- Collaborate with QA, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to assess part quality and cost exposure.
- Maintain warranty databases and enforce process improvements in line with SOPs.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or statistics preferred.
- 2-4 years of automotive warranty or quality experience required.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
