Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in and sign-out logs, and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries to the appropriate areas.;
Monitor access control systems, alarms, and/or video surveillance, and report irregular activity according to post orders and escalation guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
