Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol Team

Location:

Fountain Inn, SC. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control, respond to alarms, complete reports, and deliver strong customer service. • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors following site procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter points.
• Control access at gates, entrances, loading docks by verifying , coordinating visitor check‑in, directing traffic flow.
• Monitor cameras, alarm panels, other site systems; communicate observations to site contacts or supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly; document observations in daily reports; complete incident reports.

• Preferred:
  Alarm panel experience.
• Preferred:
  Customer service experience.
• Preferred:
  Guard card/license.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21 for armed).
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Required:
  
  Background investigation; drug screen (allowed by law).
• Licensing requirements subject to state laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
