Computer Numerical Control Machinist

HTI is hiring a CNC Machinist for a client in the Fountain Inn, SC area. This is a Direct Hire position on 3rd shift (7:00 pm - 5:00 am). CNC Machinists work 4 days each week (10 hour days).

Pay is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential for an intermediate level CNC Machinist. G-Code proficiency required at this level.

• Set up CNC machines and change tooling or saw blades for grinding and cutting steel.
• Operate specialized saws and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Read and interpret industrial knife blueprints to ensure precise production.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Load and unload steel from machines, ensuring safe handling practices.
• Maintain general cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on machines and work areas.
• Will be performing grinding, milling, drilling, and deburring operations.
