Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.00 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve guest concerns
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain how to use Target App features including Wallet; direct guests to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering as needed
• Handle returns following register prompts and collaborate with Leadership as needed while following Target policies
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and assist with stocking during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-Up orders, and Drive-Up returns with compliance to applicable laws
• All other duties based on business needs

• Ability to educate guests about products and services
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or with a team
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office functions as needed
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
