Join Arch Telecom as a Retail Store Manager. You will lead a retail team to bring the brand to life, embody Arch Telecom’s Core Values, and create energy and excitement around our products and services.

• Guide the store team to meet or exceed sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales to inventory and new program implementation.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the latest technology, providing personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
• Enhance customer interactions through digital tools, showcasing coverage, plans, and device troubleshooting.
• Complete in‑store experience and system trainings, staying current on processes and reference resources.
• Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, hand off small business leads, and maintain a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
• Lead by example, exercising patience, honesty, and empathy in all customer and team interactions.

• Leadership experience and competitive drive for a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with team and customers.
• Operational, financial, and performance management competence.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• Willingness to mentor and share best practices.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Wireless sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (45 hours) availability.
