Job Description
Technical knowledge in
- S/4 Hana
- ABAP
- SAP analytics
- SAP BW on HANA & BW4/HANA
- FI/CO
- Primary role - production support, when there are no issues/tickets expectation will be to work in development, it will involve small fixes/IT value add
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems
- Good in documentation and following through production tickets to closure
- Prepare RCA and DEP (for eg: process change, code change, refresher of standards)
- Ability to work across teams and SMEs
- Should be able to work in shifts
- Involves working during weekends, off business hours and holidays
