Shift Full Time, Part Time & PRN
Shift Differential: Evening & NOC shifts
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10:00pm - 6:00am (overnight NOC shift) — Sun/Mon/Wed/Thu
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm — Sun/Mon/Tues
- PRN all shifts
Requirements: Certified Candidates ONLY with AZ Caregiver Certificate; updated resume required.

- Perform duties in accordance with established methods and standards.
- Ensure residents’ privacy, respect, and dignity.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions.
- Maintain residents’ physical comfort, safety, and mental well-being.
- Assist with daily needs (toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, etc.).
- Participate in monthly in-service meetings and trainings.
- Demonstration of core values:
Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect. - State-approved medication administration training, first aid certification, and other applicable state requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read/write English; healthcare experience preferred.
- Continuing education as required by law; attend monthly in-service education.
- Knowledge of resident care procedures, universal precautions, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents; good communication skills in English; good judgment in recognizing changes in condition.
Note:
Team members scheduled to work 24+ hours per week are eligible for benefits; families of such team members may also be eligible.
