• Weekly W2 Pay Starting at $17+/hr
• FREE CPR and First Aid Training
• Overtime and Holidays paid at 1.5x
• Referral Bonuses (refer clients & caregivers earn $$$)
• Mileage Reimbursements for Client Transportation

• Be the Care Hero:
  Always treat clients, their families, and Endeavor staff with dignity, kindness, and respect. Be professional, prompt and on time to all scheduled shifts.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, which may include but is not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, according to the individual care plan.
• Allow and encourage clients to do as much of their own care as possible.
• Encourage clients to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting.
• Maintain clients records during each shift in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the clients.
• Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• 1 year of Professional or Personal Caregiving Experience
• Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screening
• Available to work at a moment’s notice

• CNA, Certified Caregiver License, HHA
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Negative TB skin test/Chest X-ray
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
