Quin Street is seeking recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields for a paid, full-time 1 year contract role on our Financial Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience building a first-generation, scalable enterprise application. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and other junior developers in an agile environment to deliver a new platform from the ground up.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain core features of a new software platform
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end systems
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and quality assurance efforts
• Integrate with third-party APIs and troubleshoot any integration challenges

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed within the past 12 months)
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals
• Experience or interest in backend languages and environments such as Java, .NET, PHP, or Python
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and testing frameworks is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to grow and contribute in a fast-paced development team

The expected hourly range for this position is $30 an hour USD. This hourly range is an estimate, and the actual hourly rate may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The hourly rate may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits.
