We are seeking a highly motivated In Vivo Research Associate to join the Client's Oncology in vivo pharmacology team. This role provides hands-on support for pre-clinical in vivo studies evaluating oncology therapeutics. The Research Associate will be responsible for daily study execution, data analysis and organization, and active participation in project teams supporting study design and data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities- Execute daily in vivo study activities including dosing, tumor measurements, and study monitoring
- Perform murine handling and dosing via IV, IP, PO, RO, and subcutaneous routes
- Conduct in-life and terminal blood collection
- Perform necropsy procedures and collect tissues for ex vivo analysis
- Support tissue processing and downstream analyses
- Assist with overall study coordination, documentation, and facility maintenance
- Organize experimental data and contribute to analysis and interpretation
- Prepare figures, graphs, and summaries for internal presentations
- Participate in project team meetings to support study design, execution, and data review
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 2–3 years of post-graduate, hands-on experience OR equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience working with murine models of cancer, inflammation, and/or immunology
- Strong biology background with understanding of basic pharmacology principles
- Proficiency in murine handling techniques and in vivo study execution
- Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience analyzing and graphing data using Graph Pad Prism or equivalent software
- Experience with advanced in vivo techniques including surgery and anesthesia
- Experience with Study Log or similar in vivo data collection software
- Tissue culture experience
- Experience with in vivo imaging techniques
