Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care | Foster City, CA | M–F, 7:30a–4:30p

Premise Health is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner for onsite contract at a premier corporate health center in Foster City, CA serving the employees of a globally recognized life sciences company. This role is temp-to-hire eligible for those seeking long-term career stability.

Deliver direct patient care for occupational, episodic and primary care needs.

Conduct physical exams, triage work injuries and manage acute conditions.

Collaborate with physicians, RNs and safety teams on return-to-work and wellness programs.

Document all care in Epic EMR with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Provide health education and promote preventive care.

Active and unrestricted California NP license

National certification (AANP or ANCC)

BLS certification

Minimum 1 year NP experience (2+ preferred)

Experience in occupational health, urgent care or internal medicine settings helpful

Strong communication skills and comfort working independently

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

13-week contract with potential temp-to-perm conversion
