The Executive Director, Global Commercial Product Strategy for Lenacapavir for Prevention is responsible for shaping and leading the global commercial vision, strategy, and execution for one of Gilead’s most important long-acting‑ HIV prevention portfolio. This leader will oversee global commercial launch

** in the pipeline. The role drives cross functional‑ alignment, regional partnership, market development, and launch excellence to enable sustained global growth.
* 15+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including extensive global or regional strategy leadership.
* Proven experience leading cross functional teams and influencing‑ senior executive levels.
* Experience working within or across multiple key markets
* Demonstrated success in global launch planning, market development, or brand strategy for specialty or prevention focused‑ therapeutics.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management‑ capabilities.
* HIV, infectious disease, or prevention ecosystem experience.
* Consumer/Direct to Consumer experience.
* Prior responsibility for evidence strategy, lifecycle planning, or shaping policy/market access environments.
